6TH ANNUAL | GOLD MOVIE AWARDS®
It's been an incredibly tough couple of year for us all, not least in the arts. As we all get back on our feet and back to what we love, the GMA® team have been working with our partner to bring you the GMA® Annual Awards you have come to expect. With all thats going on in our world currently and industry not quite back to where it once was, the team have decided to bring the 6th Annual GMA® Awards Ceremony online for one last year.
At the GMA®, it has always been our mission to find, cultivate and celebrate the independent film and television industry. With guests all around the world, war in eastern Europe, cost of living crisis and the economic world on the cusp of a global recession, we did not want to add to that.
Events the scale and size of the Gold Movie Awards® take a lot of planning and support.
The Gold Movie Awards® is, and has been a truly international and globally recognised film festival and awards ceremony for over 6 years. With the restrictions and cost around international travel, Covid restrictions, increased cost of living, testing and quarantine, unfortunately, we don't feel we would be able to host our international guest list of film makers in a way that is safe and rewarding for all our guests but also to a level which you have come to expect from the Gold Movie Awards®.
After careful consideration, taking everything into account, not least you, our guests, we have decided to bring the 6th Annual Gold Movie Awards® online. All GMA “Official Nominees” as always will take part in the live ceremony.

The 6th Annual Gold Movie Awards®, was be broadcast live from London famous West End in the heart of the theatre district. London will play host to the 6th Annual Gold Movie Awards® and was carried live by our partners Flick Fest and Film Ahoy, supported by PROM, September 16th - 23rd 2021.
The 6th annual GMA Screening program, comprising of last seasons "Official Semi Finalists" and "Official Nominees" was be placed on the GMA® channel on Flick Fest and Film Ahoy, and will available to view for 7 days, September 16th - 23rd 2022, prior to the live 6th Annual GMA Awards Ceremony. Winners enjoyed a distribution deal with our distribution partners.
All "Official Semi Finalists" and "Official Nominees" will have their nominated project placed on the GMA Player, Film Ahoy and Flick Fest supported by PROM.
6th Annual Gold Movie Awards® are now closed.

Gold Movie Awards® in partnership with Film Ahoy and Flick Fest, supported by PROM, welcomes you to the Gold Movie Awards® Pre Party.
We know you are all eager to get back to what we love. Making movies, networking and yes, a bit of a get together. To get the festivities underway, and anticipations bubbling, we will be hosting the Gold Movie Awards® Pre party, September 22nd from 6pm.
Join us at the newly refurbished, state of the art, Old Street Gallery, in the heart of London's trendy Shoreditch. As we get together for a merger of the GMA new monthly GMA® | FMN (Filmmakers Network) and the Gold Movie Awards® | Pre Party.
Kick off the festivities, mingle, schmooze and networking with some of the industries more important and powerful players, all the while, getting warmed up for the famous GMA® | Awards Ceremony, just 48 hours away.
