The 5th Annual GMA Screening Program will run from September 16th - 23rd 2021
ALL "Official Semi-Finalists" and "Official Nominees" will have their films placed on the GMA screening program.
As a selected “Official Semi-Finalist”, potentially an “Official Nominee”, and maybe even “GMA Winner”... your film will be screened as part of the 5th Annual “GMA Screening Program” and distributed globally on the GMA Player and with our partners Flick Fest, Film Ahoy and SMG. Oh, did we mention its completely FREE! Not only that, but you keep 100% of any profits made from the distribution of your film.
If you would like to have your film be part of the “GMA Screening Program” and placed on the GMA Player, Flick Fest, Film Ahoy and SMG, you MUST complete our distribution form by August 31st 2021.
We are delighted, to be able to offer global VOD & SVOD distribution, as part of your GMA experience, and to aid you in getting your film to a global audience. Only if you have reached an "Official Semi-Finalist", "Official Nominee" or "GMA Winner", can you be considered for GMA Distribution. Please indicate on the below form which stage you currently stand.
Selected among our “Official Semi-Finalist” will receive distribution for the duration of the “GMA Screening Program”
”Official Nominees” will receive distribution for 90 days.
“Official GMA Winners" will receive a 12 month global distribution deal on Flick Fest and Film Ahoy.

Should you be successful in securing distribution, the trailer for your project will be placed on the GMA Player on the Gold Movie Awards® website and promoted to our global audience. The trailer, film, poster and synopsis will be placed on our partners platforms and linked to the GMA Player.

All submissions to Flick Fest, Film Ahoy and SMG will need to be reviewed by their acquisitions teams. Only submissions accepted by both the GMA and each of our partners, will you be offered distribution. GMA’s take no responsibility for or have any influence over our partners decisions. Please note that all decisions made by the acquisitions team are final.
Should you be successful in securing distribution, the GMA’s legal team will draw up the distribution papers between you (the filmmaker) and the platform and sign on your behalf. You will of course be presented with the agreement first, for your review. The GMA’s will take 0% commission on this. 100% of any monies generated by plays off your content will be split 50/50 between you (the filmmaker) and the platforms directly.
All other contractual elements will be contained in the distribution agreement we send for your review.
