About The Event
It has been an incredibly hard year and it's not over yet. However for the first time in what seems like a lifetime, we are able to bring you back together to celebrate our beautiful industry, ourselves and being human. Gold Movie Awards® in partnership with Religion Clothing and Protein Studios present a networking soirée at the newly refurbished, state of the art, Protein Studios in the heart of London's trendy Shoreditch
On the night we will be offering you the opportunity to have your film (Short, Feature or Doc) distributed globally by us at the GMA's with our partners Film Ahoy and SMG. Each guest will receive a unique link upon purchasing a ticket, where they can submit their project to us for review and distribution consideration.
Oh did we mention its completely FREE. Not only that, but you keep 100% of any profits made from the distribution of your film.
The evenings events will be a fundraiser for the next edition of the Gold Movie Awards® and will take place on Saturday December 19th, with red carpet arrivals from 5pm. All guests will enjoy a champaign/prosecco reception on arrival (1 glass pp), drinks reception, fashion show, great prizes and give aways, network with some of the industries best professionals and a live DJ performance.

Doors open at 5.:00pm and the bar is open till 2am. The presentation starts at 8 pm. Please arrive by then if you don’t want to miss it. We’re unable to let anyone in after 9:30 pm. Cash bar inside.

A limited number of guests will receive a unique code with their ticket which allows the holder to submit their short film to us free of charge to be submitted for competition at the Gold Movie Awards®. The winner will be chosen by YOU and the winning film will be screened at the Gold Movie Awards® and potentially be offered a global VOD distribution deal.
Every ticket holder will receive 20% off any submissions to the Gold Movie Awards®
While we all sat at home (most of us), the team at the GMA's, our judges and jurors have been working hard to find and cultivate the very best in independent film and bring it to you. We are excited to bring you, globally recognised and respected film makers at the upcoming 5th annual Gold Movie Awards® 2020, August 18th and 19th 2021.
